Twinkie!

Ok, this isn't the best post, but we haven't really taken any good pics lately.

Here's Brayden stuffing his face with a Twinkie... mind you, Bobby gives it to him right before bed! No wonder this kid doesn't sleep through the night. Nah, he's been doing much better sleeping through the night since he had tubes put in his ears.

Before too long Brayden will probably be putting a whole Twinkie in his mouth like most men do! I know it will make you all so proud! ;)

Conked out...

Here are some pics of Brayden conked out. The first one was taken after I put him down for a nap. He has started climbing out of his crib and he gets into his rocking chair and crys. Why he doesn't try and get out of the room, I don't know. :) Well, I peeked in after he had stopped crying and here he was asleep sitting up in his chair... it was so stinkin' cute!

The second picture was when I put him on the couch to watch TV while I was in the kitchen. I knew he was being quiet and this is what I found.

Kids are just so darn cute sometimes! :)

Happy Easter!

Today we dyed eggs and did our own Easter egg hunt. He had a great time hunting for the eggs. He was actually better than we thought! :) It was another great day!!

Easter so far...

We have more Easter stuff planned for Brayden later today, but he had a lot of fun at a community Easter egg hunt yesterday! He was worn out when we got home! And here he is getting ready to pour all his eggs out! Haha! Jupiter Jump! This was an awesome play set! It was HUGE! Brayden had to do it all... the small and big slides! Starting to crash...

Fun weekend!

Brayden had a fun weekend! Check out the seat we got him that attaches to Bobby's bike. He LOVED it!!

I think breakfast is Brayden's favorite meal... we never have a problem with him eating. Probably because it's sweet. Like his mommy, he loves sweets!

Flying a kite!

We took Brayden to the park yesterday. We flew a kite, played a little soccer and used our bubble stick. It was a lot of fun, but Brayden threw a temper tantrum when it was time to go. He does NOT like leaving the outdoors!

Brayden was practically swimming in the bath tonight. He looked so cute! I know later in life he's gonna love these shots of his butt cheeks! ;)



Here's his St. Patty's Day tattoo! You can also see the scratch next to his eye... from his first "dispute" at school. Haha... that's what they called it. He was trying to get on a toy that another kid was already on and I guess the other kid didn't like it. It's a pretty good scratch. He's tough though! :)

Tubes & Adenoids

Brayden had tubes put in today and his adenoids taken out. It was a pretty smooth process and I didn't worry as much as I thought I would. I guess I knew this was going to help him so much, that it took any of the fear I had away. It was quite funny when they gave him the "goofy juice". Well, funny but also a little sad. We got some video of it, but they didn't do it justice. He definitely had a dazed grin on his face and couldn't stand up... he was a noodle! The surgery went smoothly, but coming out of anesthesia wasn't as fun. He cried pretty uncontrollably for about 30 minutes, but they said that was normal. I guess babies don't really realize what's going on. :(

The doctor said he had quite a bit of mucus behind each ear and also around his adenoids along with the adenoids being enlarged. It was good that we did this and hopefully we have seen the last of his ear infections!

Here are some pictures. I wish I would have caught a shot of him while he was loopy, but we were too busy taking video. Bummer!
