Merry Christmas!

WOW... what a Christmas! We got about 8 inches of snow on Christmas Eve. It was a blizzard outside... snow falling down, wind blowing and cold as can be! It was beautiful!

On top of that, Brayden had a blast opening gifts... especially the ones Santa brought! He was so excited about Christmas he climbed out of his crib for the very first time at about 4:00 in the morning! Well, he may not have known it was Christmas morning, but he definitely decided on a great morning to climb out. We tried getting him to go back to sleep, but he wasn't having it. We decided to go ahead and let him see what Santa brought him this year. It was so fun watching him. He was so excited... and mind you, it was 4:00 in the morning!

Enjoy the pictures!

Here's our house on Christmas Eve! The first shot is with a flash... you can see how much snow was coming down!!

Christmas morning!

Santa's gifts...

Having fun! I think he enjoyed the bows just as much as all the new toys!

All smiles!

Trimming the tree...

Brayden had a lot of fun trimming the tree. The whole time he was saying "Ooo and Ahh". It was too cute!

Great weekend!

We had a great Thanksgiving weekend! Of course we stuffed ourselves (twice!) and enjoyed the beautiful weather. On Friday we were outside putting Christmas lights up with some help from Grandma & Grandpa DeBolt. That evening we took a trip to Rhema to look at the lights. I wish we would have gotten more pictures over the weekend, but it's so hard to catch a good shot of everyone! Especially if Brayden is in the shot... he's either running off or looking the other direction. :)

Fun times in the bath!

Here's Brayden having fun in the bath! If you are wondering... that's a bowl he is wearing on his head. I tell him to put his hat on and he puts it on his head. It's too funny!

Thank you Nana!

Brayden's daycare lady, Nana, is retiring. She was such a blessing to us and was wonderful! Brayden was with her since he was 8 weeks old. We are going to miss her very much!

Thank you Nana!

We will also miss our friends Aiden, Chase, Kendall and Callie!

Happy Halloween!

Brayden had a blast on Halloween! He looked so darn cute! Bobby put wheels on his rocking horse and we pulled him around the neighborhood! It was a huge hit!! :)

And last, but not least... the costume was cute, but you can't get much better than this!

MOM... I'm watching TV!

Check out this look... he's definitely saying, "MOM, I'm watching TV!"

Having fun at Jayde's b-day party!

Here's Brayden at Jayde's birthday party! He had a lot of fun and was running all over the place.

Check out the videos at the bottom of Brayden going down the big slide! He even went on his own and wasn't sure about it at first, but then he wanted to go over and over. After 4 times, I was ready for him to stop... I was quite nervous!

Mmmmmm... cake!

Reading...

Brayden loves to sit down and read his books! Especially the ones he gets to lift the flaps to see what's underneath.

Where's Brayden's belly button?

There it is!

It's been so cute to see Brayden learn where his belly button is! Sometimes when we ask him, he'll point completely off, but it's still so cute! As you can see in these pictures, he's got it down pat!

Trip to the Fair!

We went to the fair this year hoping Brayden was able to ride some of the kiddie rides, but he wasn't quite tall enough yet. We were bummed! Guess I pictured myself cramped into one of those kiddie rides with him. Not sure if they allow that, haha! We had fun anyways!

Checking out the goats...

Easy there camel! He came straight for Brayden's face!

Ok, so when we walked into this building the first thing I said is... oh we don't want to put him in that big sand area... he will have sand all over him. Well, I went to find a restroom and where did I find the boys when I got back... in the sandbox! Boys will be boys! I guess I'll learn at some point! :)

Fun toys...
